With every new year comes a slew of new resolutions for personal improvement. Weight loss, time with friends, or quitting bad habits tend to make up a high number of these resolutions.
While some research shows that just 8% of people actually keep their resolutions, I’ve vowed to be stronger than that.
That’s why in 2015 I resolve to eat more bacon.
Bacon makes me happy. Therefore, this resolution is really about finding more joy and happiness in the every day. The last time I made this resolution I had the luckiest and most enjoyable journey year of my life. It was the best resolution I ever made.
If you’ve made a resolution this year I encourage you to find something positive, find something you can stick by to bring more joy in your life. Instead of cutting from life, add to it with the little things that make life so enjoyable.
Best wishes for a great 2015!
