Real Estate? Never! Jeff and Michelle Minter are teachers to the core, and enjoyed a combined 25 years of classroom teaching in public education. We became leaders in our field, and truly loved serving our students and our community. A career change, let alone Real Estate, was never on our radar. Besides, we knew we could never be the “sales-y” type. But you know when you get an idea in your head that won’t go away, until it manifests in a dream, and before you know it you have a business plan, a broker, and a license? Yup, that’s how our story started and now we have a wonderful team of five licensed agents available to help with all of your real estate needs!

The one that lets you know there is a trusted professional with you, someone truly looking out for your best interest, and educating and mentoring you every step of the way. As a self-proclaimed data nerd, Jeff makes the ideal market analyst and business manager for the Minter Team. His ability to analyze market trends not only helps sellers make smart decisions about pricing, but also makes him a well-informed advocate throughout negotiations with his buyer clients.
In his former life, Jeff taught middle and high school students while also serving as Head Football Coach. He continues to enjoy coaching many youth sports including basketball, football, and lacrosse. Jeff doesn’t believe in down time, so if he is not working or coaching, you might find him throwing a ball around with his kids, reading, or learning to play the guitar. That being said, if a Badger or Packer game is on, all bets are off!
Full time 5th grade STEAM teacher, part time Realtor, Michelle’s passion for helping and mentoring others through difficult situations makes her the team’s rockstar buyer’s agent and staging specialist. Coaching first-time homebuyers through the process is one of her favorite things about the job.
Prior to real estate, Michelle taught middle school for 14 years, and enjoyed coaching cross country as well. Originally from Beaverton, Oregon, she loves anything outdoors and her favorite hobbies include paddlesports, running, DIY projects and yoga.
For 5 years, Emma served her community as an employee at a local non-profit agency, and with the Department of Children and Families for the State of Wisconsin. In 2015, after purchasing her first home, Emma quickly made the jump from serving families as a social worker, to serving them as their Realtor. She has used her caring heart, open ears, and advocacy skills to excel in the role ever since. She believes in the importance of education, creating relationships and building community. Emma brings a knowledge of the market, current trends, and creative options to the home buying or selling process. She hopes to help you make the sometimes-challenging process a little easier and a lot more fun.
When not out and about with clients, Emma loves taking part in community events, walking her beloved weiner dog, Millie, gardening, attending farmer’s markets, local restaurants, and running around with her niece and nephew.
Brian joins us from the University of Wisconsin System where he most recently served as a project manager in Human Resources IT. He has been in Madison 5 years now and loves the city’s food scene, sand volleyball and parks (including those for dogs). Brian previously lived in Washington DC which was a good experience, but is thankful to be back in the Midwest and near his Iowa roots.
Brian has been interested in real estate from a young age, particularly from watching his grandparents manage farms and apartments through the years. He also loves connecting people with resources, whether it be an apartment sublet, a used bike, or just a recipe. This new chapter should connect several of these passions for Brian, and he looks forward to serving clients as part of the Minter team!

Anna fell in love with real estate after purchasing her first home and she knew that she was meant to help others navigate through the exciting but sometimes emotional process of buying or selling a home. With her strong attention to detail and ability to learn, listen, and problem solve, she will make sure your transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, attempting DIY projects, gardening, & enjoying the outdoors.
