Hailing from DeForest, recently transplanted from the east side of Madison, Kevin is an area original that is very familiar with Madison and its surrounding communities.  After Kevin and his wife, Amanda, sold their first home, he decided to leap into real estate to help show others the value of home ownership and the opportunities it may present.  His previous work experience in IT support and customer service for the Dept of Medicine at UW-Madison has given him the tools to develop unique problem-solving skills to help people succeed under pressure.

When he’s not busy meeting new people and helping folks, you can find him enjoying life with his wife in their full house consisting of three young children (Grace, Haylee, and Jackson), two dogs (Marcus and Murphy), and a cat (Rocky) who thinks he’s a dog.  He’s also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys being out and about in the field, a sports enthusiast cheering on the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers, and taking trips with his family - especially the family cabin up North.

Growing up in central Wisconsin, Joline has always embraced the spirit of community and connection. After relocating to the Madison area, she brought that same dedication to helping others into her career in real estate. Licensed in both Wisconsin and Florida, Joline spent two years practicing in Florida before returning to her roots, maintaining an active license in both states.

Her passion for serving others began in healthcare, where she worked as a CNA in assisted living and hospital settings. It was there that she developed a deep understanding of what it means to truly care for people—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, patience, and a personal touch. That same commitment drives her approach to real estate. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer, helping a growing family find their next home, or supporting a seller through a major transition, Joline believes in making the process smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible. At the end of the day, her priority is simple: making sure every client feels confident, cared for, and taken care of properly.

Outside of real estate, Joline is a devoted mother to her son and two dogs. She finds her greatest joy in the outdoors, spending her free time biking, camping, boating, and kayaking with her family.
