Hailing from DeForest, recently transplanted from the east side of Madison, Kevin is an area original that is very familiar with Madison and its surrounding communities.  After Kevin and his wife, Amanda, sold their first home, he decided to leap into real estate to help show others the value of home ownership and the opportunities it may present.  His previous work experience in IT support and customer service for the Dept of Medicine at UW-Madison has given him the tools to develop unique problem-solving skills to help people succeed under pressure.

When he’s not busy meeting new people and helping folks, you can find him enjoying life with his wife in their full house consisting of three young children (Grace, Haylee, and Jackson), two dogs (Marcus and Murphy), and a cat (Rocky) who thinks he’s a dog.  He’s also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys being out and about in the field, a sports enthusiast cheering on the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers, and taking trips with his family - especially the family cabin up North.

Outside of Real Estate Evan, is an accomplished rock climber for over 14 years. With years of rock climbing as a foundation, Evan brings a positive, focused, and strategic mindset to real estate. Climbing demands trust in preparation, solid risk assessment, and the ability to make smart decisions under pressure.

Evan also has a long background in Trim Carpentry, Automotive and Bicycle repair, which means that he has an acute attention to the fine details making your home buying and selling experience as smooth as possible. With these skills being honed over his 10 combined years working in the industries, he has a sharpened eye for craftsmanship that can spot quality and key elements, bringing value to you!

For more than a decade, I built a successful commission-based art business by earning my  clients' trust, listening to their stories, and creating something uniquely personal for their homes. Along the way, I realized what I loved most wasn't only creating art—it was building relationships and helping people through life's meaningful milestones. It became less about the art and more about creating life long meaningful pieces to spark memories for years to come. That passion for connection and home, naturally led me to real estate.
